When you take the narrow road...
There are times in life when Feeling, Faith and Fact take a stroll on a very narrow path - on a high wall! Their experience is candidly written in a poem:
Three men were walking on a wall:
Feeling, Faith, and Fact.
When Feeling took an awful fall
and Faith was taken aback.
So close was Faith to Feeling
that he stumbled and fell, too;
But Fact remained and pulled up Faith,
and Faith brought Feeling, too.
Feeling, Faith, and Fact.
When Feeling took an awful fall
and Faith was taken aback.
So close was Faith to Feeling
that he stumbled and fell, too;
But Fact remained and pulled up Faith,
and Faith brought Feeling, too.
My fact is based on the Truth:
John 1:17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
Num 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
Psa 91:4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Eph 6:14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth,
and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
